I offer one-on-one personal training services here in the Oklahoma City metro.
Personal training sessions are a FULL One Hour or HALF Hour long. I do not short change your sessions so be prepared to exercise when your session starts and work all the way through the session time. I will hold you very accountable for your diet by requiring a weekly food journal. Your time is your own to watch TV, hang out with friends or play with your kids but I do expect you to keep a daily cardio log to make sure you are keeping up with your required cardiovascular training as well as your personal training sessions with me.
